Smith-Morra Gambit Accepted, Chicago Defense, after 4... Nc6

The structure hands White the half-open d-file - rook pressure down it is a standing plan. Black keeps the extra pawn; White plays for time, open lines, and initiative - the classic gambit trade. Black trades the c-pawn for White's d-pawn and plays for an unbalanced fight: queenside counterplay against White's central and kingside ambitions.
